Things to Know Before Your Stay

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience at Buffalo Boone Rentals in Parthenon near Jasper Ar, we’ve outlined a few important details and house guidelines for your stay. Each of our cabins—Buffalo Bungalow, Blame It All on My Roots, and A Frame View—is designed to provide a comfortable and relaxing retreat, and following these guidelines helps us maintain that experience for every guest.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is 10am.  Please plan your arrival accordingly, as this allows our team time to prepare each cabin to the highest standard for incoming guests.

Pet Policy
Each cabin is pet friendly up to one dog only.  No cats.  We do charge a $75 pet fee per pet. We ask that all pets are well-behaved, supervised, and that guests clean up after them to help preserve the property and surrounding natural environment.

House Rules
Our house rules are designed to protect the peaceful setting of the Parthenon Valley and ensure a great stay for all guests. By reviewing these details ahead of time, you can arrive with confidence and fully enjoy your time in the Ozarks.  We do not require our guests to do chores but we do ask that a few things be taken into consideration during your stay. 

1. Please make sure to bag all of your trash.  Loose trash will not get picked up by the county trash service.  Put your bagged trash in the can on the front porch only.  

2. Please do not leave dirty dishes in the sink when you leave.  

3. Please leave any stained items out so the cleaners can clean them appropriately.  If you could start a load of towels for the cleaners they sure would appreciate it. 

4. We understand that accidents happen, so please let us know is something is broken as soon as you notice it.  This way we can arrange to have it repaired. 

5. No smoking inside the cabins or on the porches.  We have a designated smoking area by the fire pits.

6. Check in is at 4pm  and Check out is 10am.  

7. We do require our guests to sign a rental agreement at the time of booking.  This is a written acknowledgement of our house rules.
